One of the major pilgrimage paths of Hindus is the Char Dham Yatra which is a travel through the Garhwal region in the state of Uttarakhand. The route comprises of three major pilgrimage destinations namely the Badrinath.
Package Details
Day 1: Delhi in Haridwar (220kms / 5-6 hrs)
Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats, Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Pickup from train station/airport and drive to Haridwar, drop to hotel. In evening visit to Ganga Aarti in Har Ki Pauri. stay overnight in Hotel.
Day 2: Haridwar to Badrinath (280kms / 8 hrs)
Badrinath Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Vishnu which is situated in the town of Badrinath in Uttarakhand, India. Badrinath one of the ‘Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. stay overnight in Hotel.
Day 3: Shri Badrinath Darshan and back to Hotel
Early morning get up and visit to Shri Badrinath temple darshan and after sightseeing. stay overnight in Hotel.
Day 4: Pipalkoti to Haridwar (280kms / 8 hrs)
