Valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
• Please take care of the belongings before leaving the your Transport, Venue or Hotels/Resort, Company is not responsible for any loss.
• If any damage will be done by client in property or any other equipment/material then it will be pay by client. Company is not responsible.
• We are allow to ask for tour photos/videos to client and we can promote it for our promotion on social media/design and so on.
• We are allow to ask for a testimonial to client and we can promote it for our promotion on social media/design and so on.
• If client get any injury or damage during tour, then company is not responsible.
• The contract, terms & conditions are automatically agreed as deal is final/done.

Extra Accommodation Charges:
• Any extra person would be count as package price & terms.
• During the stay if you might be having any NON-RESIDENT GUESTS (can include meals for any event manager or his team, artist, outsourced personnel, drivers or invites sent to local guests) over & above for the meals then in such a case we would be charging extra per person as per actual rates written in package.
• Any extra Meal/order or other extra services will be charged extra.
• Hotel/Resort extra material or services use will be charged extra.
• During stay, if luggage will keep in room then guest will pay self
• We are not responsible for any kind of luggage if damage or loss during tour

Extra Travel Charges:
• In case the between journey bad weather/snowfall/landslides or any other reason, our vehicle are not able to reach hotel/destination, then client could use other taxi/vehicle, The company will not pay for extra transport.
• In case the between journey bad weather/snowfall/landslides or any other reason, our vehicle are not able to reach hotel/destination, then client could use other taxi/vehicle, The company will not offer you complementary hotel and do not pay for this.
• In case the between journey bad weather/snowfall/landslides or any other reason, if client need to stay more days. Then client will pay extra stay/meal/vehicle or other expenses himself.
• During journey if client will change travel plan or take other hotel or vehicle, then client will pay for extra expenses himself. The company is not responsible and do not pay.
• The Travel plan is fix and final with sightseeing as written in itinerary. If client will demand more travel or visit other places or cities, the client will pay this extra.

Payment:
• 25% Payment of total tour cost for tour Booking. (Advance)
• 50% Payment of total tour cost after confirmation voucher.
• 25% balance Payment before 7 days of tour start.
• Payment should be in the time otherwise tour would be subject to cancel or 10% extra payment.
• We do not accept Cheques at the time of check out.

100% Payment for Bus, Train, Air Ticket or Helicopter tickets Booking

Refund / Cancellation Policy:
• 60% refund of total tour cost if canceled before 90 days of tour.
• 40% refund of total tour cost if canceled before 60 days of tour.
• 20% refund of total tour cost if canceled before 30 days of tour.
• NO refund of total tour cost if canceled before 15 days of tour.
• No refund of total tour cost if canceled in the last 07 days of tour start.
• The cancellation policy are also subject to Hotel/Resort or other verdor rules as they will refund the amount with them rules, We will transfer to you. The client is agree on this policy.
