The wait is now over….. Finally, IRCTC allows you to purchase helicopter tickets for the journey to Kedarnath Dham, just like you can with railway tickets. In order to begin ticketing, the Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority and IRCTC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Kedarnath Helicopter Online Ticket Buying has now been outsourced to the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) in order to ensure transparency in Kedarnath Heli service ticket purchasing and to prevent black marketing.
UCADA CEO C. Ravi Shankar and IRCTC Director General (IT) Sunil Kumar signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday. IRCTC personnel have presented the UCADA staff with the mechanism they devised for booking tickets. Officials of the IRCTC have said that the platform’s experiment will be finished by March 31. According to UCADA, Kedarnath Heli Service ticket sales will begin the first week of April.
